What is the best microdermabrasion kit to use at home?

I was going to buy the Neutrogena one, but found out one of the ingredients has palm oil, I am allergic to coconut. Any other good ones out there, you can reccomend. I was going to use to help with a keratosis pliaris. I have a mild condition, but heard it can help.

Check into the one Avon has out. It is supposed to be pretty good.

Reply:I would recommend Mary Kay's Microdermabrasion Set. It does not contain palm oil. I have used it since it came out in 2005 and I love it. I recommended it to my best friend who had a terrible case of keratosis pliaris on her face. Reply:For me, Youthful Essence by Susan Lucci was the best and i've tried around 20 microderma kits in the last 2 years. is does mildly resurface the skin and brings to the surface new brighter cells. dermanew is also very good, but it costs over $100.
