Would a dermatologist cure ?
If you have keratosis pilaris, you are not alone. Worldwide, keratosis pilaris affects an estimated 40 to 50% of the adult population and approximately 50 to 80% of all adolescents. It CANNOT be cured, but treated.

AS for the fungus, a general doctor or dermatologist can prescribe you an ointment or pill to get rid of that. Usually a anti-fungal cream will get rid of it. Just make sure you are washing regularly and applying the cream to clean skin. Also, since the fungus may be on your clothing make sure to clean and sanitize your wardrobe, or it will come back. Good Luck
Reply:If they can. You don't have any other choices.
