I have red bumps on my arms..?

they arent pimples..i think its called keratosis pilarisis. how can i get rid of them. i hate wearing short sleeves cause of them. help!! how to get rid of them? what creams?

if im thinking the same thing your talking about...its a type of acne...you can go to the dermatologist and get a prescribed cream...i had something like that (if we're talking about the same thing) and my dr. came me retain-a....but if you cant go to that type of dr for any reason try just a acne astringent you buy at the store and use it 1-2 times a day
