i have these bumps on my cheeks... they are not acne, and they never go away. The only time they go away is when i go on vacation because of the climate change. I beleive they are called "keratosis piloris", better known as chicken skin. Does anyone know how to get rid of them? I have tried so many things...

Pretty close - it's keratosis pilaris. Alpha hydroxy acid moisturizers are good for this, as is Retin-A and similar prescription products. Good is a relative term - it's difficult to treat and you have to keep up with the treatment or it comes right back.
