Red bumps on arms?

On my upper arms and upper legs, I have bumps. They arent like the Keratosis Pilaris bumps because I've actually looked at pictures of that...these are totally different. Right NOW i have several of them on my arms(say 20 or so) but they are barely there. But I do have two-four of them that are just as big and ugly as pimples. What are they? And how do i get rid of them

You may want to see a dermatologist. They could be an allergic reaction to something.
Reply:it could possibly be razor burn if you shave, in that case it'll take about 3 days to go away on its own. you could also be alergic to a detergant for your clothes, or if you changed any kind of body wash. other that those things im not sure what it could be. also some people are alergic to the comfort strips on razors. the ones with the aloe and vitamin e. i know this because im alergic to them. and when i first get new razors i wash off this strip and i stopped getting the rashes

Reply:I have this same thing, but just on my arms. I've had it since i can remember. But ever since i started using a lufa scub. (This scratchy sponge thing) It's helped dramastically. It's really starting to clear up. so try this. Good luck!
