Self electrocutterage... for Seborrheic Keratoses?

Where can one find one of those electrocutterage devices used to burn off skin tags or karatoses? Seemed like there was not a whole lot to using it. I hate running to the dermatologist every time I get one of these. They usually burn em off with liquid nitrogen. But I don't want to mess with that stuff. But I remember some time back these little elctroboxes.

I don't think they are sold to lay persons. What I do is use liquid wart remover (salicylic acid). I paint it on the spot every day for about two weeks. The skin reddens, but when it heals the spot is gone.
