Oil Pulling sounds interesting...but Is there an age?

I am Rather Young and I have a pretty bad case of Keratosis Pelaris [They don't hurt, just are terrbily annoying]. I have heard Oil Pulling is supposed to help.





I have a few questions.


1. is there an age? I am 13, but my sister has Keratosis Pelaris as well, and If it helps me, I'd love to help her. Is this something that would bo OK for either of us?





2. Is the oil Expensive And/Or Hard to find?
