I have these small red dots on my arm, how do I treat it? Should I be worried?

I used to have just one or two but in the last 1 - 2 years they have really multiplied on my upper arm, and have since spread slowly to the rest of my body. I have Google Imaged "red spots", but I haven't really found something that exactly matches what I have. I don't think it's Keratosis pilaris. My red spots are really small, and are not bumpy. The are a darkish red and don't really have an exact shape, they are not circles. Any help?

I have keratosis pilaris and if they are not itchy or painful, dont go away-it probably is. But see a doc or dermatologist to verify.

Try using an exfoliating scrub, such as "yes to carrots body scrub" and lots of lotion right after the shower that contains a lot of nutrients-especially vit A and E. Apply the lotion 2 x per day. I saw a reduction within a week.
Reply:Could be an allergy, hives etc...could also be from stress, changing of eating habits, change in exercise routine etc...try some vitamin e on it and aloe. If no avail, ask your doc - they'll know asap!
Reply:Red spots...could be anything from hives to black plague. get a check-up.
Reply:sounds like the skin condition that comes with aids
