I need Fashion advice!?

Ok . I am getting ready to go on a school trip and its starting to get HOT out. I have a LONG upper body and i am curvy ALL over. Well i also have keratosis polaris so i need help. What can i ware thats COOL(like not to hot) that wont make people say WOW she is HUGE and make them stare at my arms. I know i shouldent care what people think but its the way i am. Dose any one have ANY advice on clothing for a chubby long upper body girl?

trust me I have large upper arms to. Try a self tanner (tanning makes any one look slimmer then I suggest wearing tank tops with a cover up-whether shear or light fabric. The thicker the material the bigger you'll look. Make sure the cover-up covers your butt too-shrugs work awesome.

Reply:well. If you can shop online try Torrid.com they have really cute clothes in slightly bigger sizes, and they are longer than normal clothes.


I have to admit, they are a little pricy but not anymore than anywhere in a mall. Good Luck





Oh, and dont wear bigger clothes than you need. wear YOUR size, other wise you'll look bigger than you really are.
Reply:Even though wearing white is much more cooler [as in temperature] than dark colors, dark colors tend to hide chubbiness. A tank usually is nice, maybe even a high halter top- but stick with navy or like colors. =]

Reply:well, first of all, be proud of who u are and your body type because everyone is special i there own ways. and as for the fashion part......for the type of weather you descrbed, some bermuda shorts qould be cute alng with a short/medium cute top. make sure that the shorts are denim(if you don't have a school uniform), and the top can be your favorite color or a color that best defines your skin tone.
