Has anyone had their keratosis pilaris clear up completely with treatment?If so what did you use?

I've had that ever since I was born, I went to the dermatologist and they prescribed me a type of lotion called...carmol40 or something like that and it helped, but I dont use it anymore because I'm lazy and the bumps dont bother me that much anymore
