What is a good product for Keratosis Pilaris??? I would like to get rid of my chicken skin!!?

for someone with kp myself.. i would recommend applying extra virgin coconut oil to your skin...

1.rub the oil on your skin after washing

2.rinse off under warm water (rub off..i didn't do it that gently though...)

3.pat dry

4.apply a thin layer after your shower

that's just how i do it.. alot are finding this very useful..there may be slight variations in the steps if you try to google this. this is just how i do it.

Some reported to have seen visible results in 2/3 weeks, but for me, it took around 1month+ to see the results. The bumps on my legs are So much better, it's not working so well on my arms but there's a 80% improvement.!! This is the only thing that works for me btw..

There is a company called DermaDoctor that has products designed specifically for people with Keratosis Pilaris. They have a body scrub and a moisturizer. Each product costs about $40-45 dollars and is available at Sephora stores or online at sephora.com. I have not tried either product, however, Sephora is usually pretty good about giving samples if you want to try it before you buy it.

Just a quick note...I have extremely sensitive skin and had a reaction to a sensitive skin cleanser (not DermaDoctor) that I purchased at Sephora, and they refunded my money even though I had used the cleanser. Good luck!
