What to wear when you have keratosis polaris?

See a dermatologist, to be sure you recieve the proper treatment. Frequently improves a lot in a few years [ yes, I know ] but some meds can help meanwhile.

Depends on location or keratosis polaris.

Arms - wear half, 3/4, or full sleeves; try cotton or quality synthetics vs. wool, and use a scrub puff [ gently ] with a

sensitive skin soap to bathe/shower. Use moisturizers for sensitive skin as well.

Legs - follow above, and wear shorts at home when warm, cotton sweats when cool. Avoid wool or other fabrics that may irritate or rub affected areas.

Be sure to drink 1/2 gallon of water a day.

Take a good multivitamin with minerals every day.

Take your fats in form of olive oil, omega three fish oil, or flax seed oil [ supplements or on salad, etc.]

Avoid all fried, fast, or junk food - even diet junk food.
