Also know as chicken skin, it's harmless and not contagious. But I want to know if there are any home remedies or anything I can do to get rid of them, without going to the doctors???
Know any natural remedies to cure keratosis pilaris??
You can try an exfoliating scrub... I make one for my daughter out of brown sugar, powdered milk and honey. My doctor said to use a lotion that has alpha hydroxy acids in it... I found an inexpensive one made my Pond's. The doctor said it will be worse in the winter than in the summer and I find that to be true....

I would eat and use raw garlic (can heal anything if you use enough of it). CApsules are better than nothing, but raw garlic is 10 times more effective. Also, be sure to detoxify your body and get rid of toxins by doing a colon and liver cleanse. Drink more water to help flush the toxins out.
Best of health to you
Reply:sunlight, lay out during the summer and if you can (or will) go tanning once a week, the sunlight really helps this condition, its the only thats ever helped me.
