What is the best treatment for Keratosis Pilaris (Red bumps on the back of arms)?

Not sure about treatment but I had them for years until recently when I started to use moisturising shower gel and moisturiser on my arms everyday.





They just disappeared. Might be coincidence but I am glad they are gone.
