Anyone know about KP? (KERATOSIS PILARIS) I think I have it but I am 28 and never had it before?

I don't know why it just showed up... little bumps on my upper arms, don't itch or hurt but look like little white heads and if I pop them a tiny bit of white stuff comes out but then the bump turns red the next day so I need to stop picking... what do I do to fix my arms? is it going to get worse???? help!

I know someone with this. First... stop picking at it. Dry skin conditions seem to exacerbate KP. Symptoms generally tend to worsen in winter and improve in summer. There is no cure for it but sometimes symptoms can be be helped with using mild soap and using creams or lotions to prevent dry skin.
