I am a vegan/vegetarian
so i dont use products that are tested on animals
and i have Keratosis Pilaris and it's winter so my skin looks worse from the cold
i have KP on my upper arms, cheeks and neck
how do i get smoothe, glowing, healthy looking skin within 5 weeks [my birthday is feb. 18th]
and also i want to lose a few pounds and get toned
i'll be 16
i'm about 141 lbs and i'm 5'5 1/2
i eat pretty well [lots of veggies, fruits, soy, whole grain, ect]
but i need good exercise tips that will help me get in shape kinda fast
it's waaay to cold here to go running outside
i have 5 lb weights
and i take aerobics in school [but it doesnt help much]
i want toned arms, and abs, and slimmer thighs
