gross right? its not as bad as that though and its not as red as that. what should i put on my skin to treat it? i hate it because like all of my friends have this gorgeous skin and i have really bumby skin. DID I MENTION I HATE IT??!!

I know what your talking about, because i have it too on the back of my arms and back of my thighs. I went to my dermatologist and they gave me some sort of acidic lotion to put on it. regular lotion wont change it, as i have had it for over 10 years. see what your dermatologist says.
